Question:
Woodbridge, VA-Dr. Halmi patients-anyone self pay for surgery?

My insurance (MD BlueCross BlueShield - PPO - Small Company) will not cover my gastric bypass and I am going to have to pay for it myself. I have been going to a Doc in DC, but thought I would check out Dr. Halmi and his practice and hospital charges. Any information from his patients would be helpful! Dr. Halmi's patients, along with Dr's. Roll and Anez have a support group called the Staple Club that meets the 3rd Monday of the month- at Fair Oaks and a different day in Woodbridge. Go to www.stapleclub.com to check out the calendar for meetings. If you come to a support group meeting, and there are well over 100 people at the Fair Oaks one, I bet there will be someone there who can answer your question.
