Question:
I have pushed my Dr. for 2 months to get my Pre cert letter done. Not yet!

I have bugged the office every couple weeks to push him along. He is a wonderful Dr. and I love him dearly but how do I get him to write the letter. I even made an appointment a month ago and gave him alittle cheat sheet(a summary of my health history) I thought this would help so he wouldn't have to did through my chart. Hi, I wrote my own letter and gave my doctor a nice note stating that I know that he is very busy and so I composed the letter for him and would he please sign this. I took the letter to his office last Thursday along with my note telling him I needed it by the 15th for my consult. His office called the next morning saying that he signed it and I could come pick it up. So it might help if you write your own. If you need a copy I will give you mine just e-mail me okay.
