Question:
I need help choosing liquid vitamins
I'm scheduled for surgery Jan. 17, 2003 and have been doing major research on post-op vitamins. My Dr. and I have decided that liquid vitamins would be best for me and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I have seen a centrum liquid in the store but haven't made it to any of the health places like GNC yet. Also need recommendations on an easily absorbed calcium citrate. Thanks in advance for your help! — Guin S. (posted on December 19, 2002)

I take LIQUID HEALTH that I get from the vitamin and health food store. So
far, so good, I'm five months post op. It was recommended by my
Naturopathic Physician. I mix one ounce (it comes with a measurer built
in) and I mix it with low sugar grape juice. Tastes great.

hiya! i've tried one liquid vitamin and had a very bad reaction to it. off
the top of my head i don't remember the name of it...but i got it a Vitamin
World. so i take the Centrum adult orange flavored chewables and i love
them!
for calcium, i take a liquid calcium with magnesium that i order online
since i couldn't find it locally. it's "Nature's Life Liquid
Calcium/Magnesium" it's orange flavored and its a bit tart but not too
bad. it's made with calcium citrate, lactate and gluconate. it's better
than trying to get down the citrical pills.
good luck!

Seasilver is great...tastes fantastic too....I think they have a website
seasilver.com? but I order from their 800 number(which of course, I don't
have handy).
Best,
Lori

I use Body Balance by Lifeforce international. excellent source of vitamins
and minerals all in one I take anywhere from 4-6 oz a day and have great
results with energy level and feel great. It is expensive, about 85.00$ a
gallon but well worth every penny I spend on it.

I have to agree with Lori. Seasilver is the best. I love the refreshing
flavor(cranberry) and I feel so good since I started taking it.
