I need help choosing liquid vitamins

I'm scheduled for surgery Jan. 17, 2003 and have been doing major research on post-op vitamins. My Dr. and I have decided that liquid vitamins would be best for me and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I have seen a centrum liquid in the store but haven't made it to any of the health places like GNC yet. Also need recommendations on an easily absorbed calcium citrate.
