I have the same problem. I wake up in the morning and feel like I am sick.
I take my shower and then get really sick. I don't throw up, just feel like
I have to and I get the dry heaves. I can tell you this, I find it happens
worse after I brush my teeth. Stay up for about 30 min or longer and then
brush your teeth if you have a problem like I do.
I hope someone has the answer. Sorry I couldn't help, but your not alone in
this boat.

Sounds like low blood sugar. That is a frequent cause of "morning
sickness" whether you are pregnant or not. You might want to have
something with protein as soon as you get up. A cracker with a little
peanut butter, a few peanuts - it doesn't have to be much. If it is blood
sugar, then you will start feeling better soon.

I had this too, and some kind soul told me to drink something hot as soon
as I got up. I have a cup of herbal tea every morning that my dh brings to
me in bed when he gets his coffee and I sip on it before I get up to start
my day. BTW, it did finally go away after about 6 weeks, but I still keep
drinking the tea every morning just in case, lol! Good luck!
