good going Craig. My daughter was my inspiration as well she is 3 going on thirty. I know went from 595 to 481+ (havent weighed myself) and my second daughter is now here and I can walk again. I too had it rough on the table. Have to show the intern how to aim the staple gone next time. But I never regret. Hope you nothing but success on your journey.
