Hi all!! Well, Chrissy is doing just fine. She was pretty groggy the first day on Tuesday, but has had a pretty good energy level since. She doesn't have very many complaints, other than the normal aches and pains. She is still on liquids and tolerating them well. I met her mom and hubby at the hospital, and they are very nice & supportive. She really appreciates all the support and when feels up to it, will be posting. Thanks all of you for your support.

Hi Chrissy, Just joining in with this wonderful group of people to send you well wishes for a speedy recovery and congratulations on your WLS. Like the saying goes, "this is the first day of the rest of your life" and it truly is.. Your journey has begun and your on you way to a new and improved "you".. I haven't had WLS, but my son Ron Peterson has.. He's 6 months out and has lost ove 100 lbs. He posts all the time so I'm sure you'll run across him sometime. He's been an inspiration to a lot of others and this site has been his inspiration.. May God Bless you today and always. Yours Anna

Congratulations - take everything a baby-step at a time. It will all come in time - don't feel you need to rush it. You've made a huge step and should be proud of yourself. Take care, my prayers are with you. Penny in PA
