I am not able to type much since I broke my left hand on a terrrible fall last month. But wanted to report my progress so far.

45 days out - 233 lbs, total loss of 46 lbs.
Not fast enough for me, considering the amount of food I eat now compared with what I used to eat.
Oh well.
I am wearing size 18 bottoms, 16 top...

1 mo out - 241 lbs. total lost 38 lb.
I feel great. I wish I had lost more, but I cant complain because this month I had a tamale for breakfast once, and have had Mexican food a few times....
