I finished up my 6 month diet w/ my PCP and had my psych eval in January 07.  Sent all the results to my surgeon's office.  They filed with insurance and I received my approval in one week on 2/7th.  Next step is to meet w/ Dr. on 3/22nd and have some additional testing done and hopefully will get my surgery date before leaving his office!  :>)
