Jeremy and Robbi; I continue to pray for you every day - I have been so very concerned since I first read of Jeremy last week. My family and our church will continue to pray for a miracle. Please keep us informed how Jeremy is doing (if you can find time). I can not imagine what he has been through or what you and his family have been through. Syb

Roberta and Jeremy, We rejoice with you for the news of today's progress. You both are supported by a large community of love and prayers, you can be sure. Seems your Jeremy is getting some more intensly concentrated care in this unit. Please feel free to talk with your hospital's quality assurance care worker if you feel he needs more intensive consistant care. Everybody has a boss and it is always good to know caregivers are getting the nudge and press of accountability to do their very best for your loved one. Doctors are human and can get weary and discouraged with cases it can help to confer with peers and network to problem solve... while feeling the nudge from superiors. It can be beneficial for both your Jeremy and for the doc. So everybody wins. We had to do this when our daughter had multiple complications with her wls. We didn't discover there was such a resource until it was almost too late. She was in the hospital from the day of surgery till day 30. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. We didn't have alot of experience with hospitals so we were ignorant of services available to advocate for patients. When I called the administrators office to complain they put us thru to an advocate who went right upstairs and got the ball rolling in the right direction and really went to bat for her. Fight the good fight Roberta and Spidey ! We're rootin' for ya.

Roberta, your profile page was on my computer when I woke this morning. In my quiet time, I prayed very specifically for you and Jeremy and for God's blessing on the love and commitment I see in both of your eyes from your wedding picture. When I signed back on to OH.com, I read your update that he smiled at you today. I'm thanking God for the tiny miracles that I know will amount to giant miracles in this journey for both of you. jeremy is doing a little bit better today. since he's been in the sicu, his stats are looking better and they are sending specialists in to check up on him. his white blood count is coming down. i pray he will be okay. he smiled at me this morning and it was really nice. keep praying and things will get better. :) ~robbi

Hi Robbi. I've been wondering how Jeremy was doing. Think of you both all the time. He's 1 lucky fellow to have u by his side. I'm sure this has to be very hard for Kirk also. Thinking of you & wishing Jeremy a very safe & quick recovery now. You both so deserve to get on with your lives. (((((HUGS)))))
