Hi Sharon,want to thank you for your kind words,I am just starting out very new here,I'm so scared,happy,excited all of them and I haven't got the go ahead yet,I read your pg. I'm also afraid I will not be able to stop eating like I do now,but at the same time I am so unhappy with my weight and my body,also can't do much always tired or my back hurts so much I want to do it and get started but also afraid of the first few months,but know if everyone else is doing it I can (HOPE)well I am going to be praying for you that you get back on track right away I know in my heart it is so hard but you have came so far I know you will do it.
