Rikka, Lord, yes, we post-ops can eat hot sauce on our food.!!! At least I can. I love hot and spicey foods. I couldn't eat anything hot the last few years because I had acid reflux but girl, let me tell you something, since having my WLS on March 26th of this year, I have lost 72 lbs and I put HOT salsa on my scrambled eggs!!!!! And it hasn't bothered me at all as of yet!! Best wishes and good luck to you on your journey.

Rikka, please don't let them get you down. Whether you realize it or not it is not really your family that is coming against you. Unfortunately, the devil will use whom ever he can to cause you problems. Who best for him to use but the people that are closest to you. Would you let a stranger make you feel that bad. Now you know when the Lord is blessing the devil gets busy trying to destroy. Don't let the devil tear down what the Lord has built up in you. Have faith and keep pushing on everything will work out. Remember to put God first and everything will work out. Blessings to you as you continue on in your journey.

Rikka, I read your 7/19th post about what your youngest son said after looking at your before and after pics. I couldn't help but laugh. that was so funny. I just wanted to send best wishes to you on your wls approval process, May you have a short wait and a approval also. Try to stay focused and POSITIVE always, doing this will cut down on the negitive thinkings and the what ifs. Hang in there cause I tell ya, it's wonderful on the losing side. My wls was 12/6/02 NO COMPLICATIONS and as of today I have loss 125lbs, YAY!!! and have more to go. I tell ya, all the compliments are great. check out my profile when you have time. Hang in there hon, your day is coming and you will be a loser before you know it. ~*~Hugs~*~
