Well it's been slow going but I am down 40lbs.  I am happy but I feel as though I could have lost more weight.  But its all good.  I cleaned out my closet and its looking pretty empty.  I have 10 garbage bags of clothing and I can't wait to go shopping for new stuff.

Well I went for my 1st week post op.  I have lost a total of 13 lbs.  I have been released to go back to work on Monday.  I am having fun starting my journey.  Thank everyone for their Prayers especially NINA my Angel.

Hey to all well now that the surgery is over I am looking forward to getting on the scale.  But I have read so many others that are saying stay away.  Well for the record since July 6 thru today I have lost 10 lbs.  I know its only water. but to a fat girl that s good.

Well I did the dirty deed and now I am on my way to the losers bench.  I am looking so forward to it.  Nobody every mentioned the amount of gas that your body holds after surgery.  That is the  worse pain that I ever felt.

Well tomorrow is the big day.  I go in for 12:00 p.m. and surgery is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.  I can't wait.

Well I have 10 days to go before the big day.  I have decided to try to do my liquid diet one day ahead of schedule just to see if I could get through the first part of the day.  Well I succeeded.  I have been having one meal a day and I am on day 2.  Wish me luck because I start on all liquids starting on Saturday.  I hope I can make it I am going out of town to visit my parents for the holidays.

Hey last appointment at Dr. office.  Stress .test was a breeze.  Made it through now I am looking forward to surgery.

I am so anxious about having the WLS.  I am looking for the perfect protein drink.  I can't make up my mind on which one I will need.  I am ready to pack my bag for the hospital.  I'm confused on what to pack and what type of liquids to purchase.  I want to start my liquid diet one week before I am suppose to start, since I am to start the weekend of the 4th of July. 

Went to Dr. office today for 2nd consult.  I only have one more thing to do before my surgery.  On June 27, I have to do my stress test and on July 11th is my surgery date.  I can't wait to finally be on my way to a thin world.
