I am so happy you posted those pics! You look absolutely amazing! Im gonna start taking pics like that of me. It might be hard in the beggining, but looking at your progress, im sure it will be worth it. Thanks so much for sharing them. I have said it before, and I will say it again, you are such an inspiration to me! thanks!!!!!!

Shelly, I have recently dealt with the "constipation" issue also. Had surgery in January. I now take Benefiber in my protein drink 3 times a day and try to eat a banana a day and it's working! I was miserable for a while but I haven't had any continuing problems for about a month. Am finally a "regular" person. Hope this helps!

Hi Shelley, I am not a Dr. or a nurse but I don't think that I would let this pass without a call to your PCP or your surgeon. Pain is normally a sign that something is wrong and we need to stay on top of things. I'm just six months out too and if I were in your shoes I would be running to my Doc. Might be a hernia? They are very common after WLS and sometimes can be left alone until TT time. Check it out and keep us posted. BIGGHUGGZZZZ

Shelly W you look great! Your before and after...you don't even look like the same person. Thanks for the well wishes and the compliment on my page. Your page is beautiful too. I especially like the fact that we were almost the same weight before surgery and you have lost over 100 lbs in 6 months! You are now my idol. That is so wonderful. Keep up the good work and hopefully in 2 more months I will be a part of the century club as well.

You look incredible! What a change in a relatively short time. Think how long that would have taken without WLS. If you're like me, after 2 days of "diet," I'd be back to my old ways of eating and packing on my weight! Be proud. You really are blossoming!
