Things are going well - am exercising - cooking recipes from the WLS cook books - loosing weight and just waiting for the day! can hardly wait but at the same time can wait - make sense - most people who have been down this road would say yes I imagine.
I read someones blog and was laughing to myself - it sounded so like me - makes me realize that I am never going to be alone in this journey - even if I have no one to talk with at that very second I can always come here and read!

am getting my mind ready for the surgery have 2 more classes for KP which is a complete blessing. Bought some books and cook books for post op so I am going to start my mental transformation.
