Change doctors! My doctor is letting me come in and weigh while doing Weight Watchers...that way she is documenting also...for insurance purposes. How about a supervised diet with a nutritionist? Sometimes that is less costly...Best of luck to you.

Richard, I know how you feel about the cost of weight watchers but I have two suggestions, if it must be weight watchers keep an eye on their web site for the join for free specials, they have them often and that saves you about 30 bucks. Then you only pay weekly fees. But that is about 40.00 a month. Second is e-diets.com, they charge for a month what weight watchers charges a week and they keep the same sort of records. Good luck, don't give up. If you do that the indurance company wins! Nesha
