Well, I am kind of down in the dumps because I am still at 80 lbs lost and have been stuck there for about a month.  I am not sure if I am getting the proper restriction from my band or not.  I am just kind of at a stand still and lost at the moment. Looking for something to get me back on track although I don't know exactly what that is at this point.  Thanks for listening.

Well I went ahead and did it. I uploaded some new pictures.  3 months and 16 days after lap band surgery.  My family and friends say they can see a big difference.  I can see some difference, but not as much as everyone seems to think.  If you are reading this let me know what you think. I need honest opinions.  Can you tell the difference.

I went to the Dr. yesterday to get a 3rd fill and I was informed that I had lost 22 lbs since my last fill.  So I am down for a total 77 lbs.  For whatever reason I just didn't think I was doing that well.  I didn't feel I was losing too much weight,  BOY was I wrong.  The nurse was impressed.  Now I am seeing a diet and nutrion specialist and he is helping me a lot.  That's all for now.  See ya!

Well I am down 67 lbs.  People I know say that they can see it, but I can't see it yet.  I am hoping for the day when I will be able to see it. Hopefully soon.

Well it has been almost a month since my first fill and I seem to be able to eat more than I was the first 2 weeks after the fill.  So I am guessing that means it's time to go in for another fill.  I also started boxing this week. I bought an 80 lb heavy bag, bag gloves, and hand wrap.  I have been hittin' the bag for around 1 to 1 1/2 hours every day.  I am feeling a lot better since I have been working out.  I am struggling with being able to eat more but I am feeling better since exercising.  It's weird, but It is what it is. 

Well everyone I had my first fill this past Monday.  I wasn't really sure what to expect.  I have some restriction, I have not been able to eart nearly as much as I used to, but I also am able to eat more than the 1 to 1 1/2 cups the doc told me I could.  I guess it just takes time to get the restriction right.

I am excited and a little nervous. I am going to get my first fill tomorrow morning. I'll see y'all on the flip side.

Well today will have been 2 months since I have had any alcohol and about 5 months since I have had any chewing tobacco.  I don't really know if I had a problem with alcohol before, but I did drink quite quite regularly.  I think I was beginning to wonder if I did have a problem.  So I put all the doubts to bed when I decided not to drink anymore.  And like I already said it has been 2 months,  the dipping wasn't that hard to stop but it is also an accomplishment that I am proud of now it is time to start losing weight.

I don't know if anyone really knows who he is, but I bought my mom some concert tickets for Engelbert Humpderdinck when he was at Bass Hall last year.  I went with her along with my dad and cousing.  Anyway, she has been in love with this guy since 1968 when she heard Release Me.  She raised me and my brother and my 3 cousins and my niece on his music.  None of us liked him back then but we love him now.  We waited outside the back entrance of Bass Hall for almost 3 hours waiting for him.  When he came out he signed my mothers alblum and posed for a picture with her and I shook his hand.  It was very exciting.    So those are the pics I added to my profile.

Well it has been 2 weeks since my surgery.  I am feeling pretty good.  I finally got to eat something solid today.  I don't think I have been drinking enough water because today I have been really thirsty.  I may have been deyhydrated.  I am scheduled for my first fill on June the 4th and I am excited, although I am not sure what to expect.
