Dawn, Good luck! If the provider appeal doesn't work, write an appeal yourself. I did my own first, and I was approved! (I also have HAP) Best Wishes! Michelle Galazka

03-06-06 Am working on a provider appeal at this time. I was denied the first attempt. Wish me luck!
