Hi Nate from Scottsdale! This is Beth (and Allen) Anderson from Apache Junction, Arizona! Heard that tomorrow is the first day of your new life, so we wanted to wish you the very best!! Allen had his Lap RNY on May 01, 2005 in Phoenix AZ, and he is doing AWESOME! Not a single "speed bump," along the way. Before beginning his weight loss journey Allen weighed 550 LBs. He is now in the neighborhood of 300 LBS. 120 of that has come off since surgery in May. Beth is in the Pre-Op phase, and will be having surgery within the next year. Since beginning her weight loss journey, she has lost 120+ LBS. We never thought we'd say this, but we are so happy to be "losers!" We are glad to be doing this as a husband & wife team! Looking forward to hearing the good news about your recovery and post-op course!! Allen and Beth Anderson
