Hi Carol, Thanks for writing to me. I have my nutrition class tuesday and I am getting excited I have lost about 5lbs since my orenitation which was three weeks ago. But I tried Not to weigh as that messes me up sometime. Where are you having your surgery done at? anyways good luck in your journery and my prayers are with out. Keep in touch even if you just need to vent. I use mine to express my feelings as that is what I eat over mostly not expressing myself and stuffing myself with FOOD....and we all know that is not the answer. Christine August
