Hey Katherine! I just got approved for surgury by my insurer, I don't have a date yet because I still have pre-op test to take. Since we are both from SMC, I wish you all the best and hope you are doing well since you've just had your surgury. I'm sure its rough right now. God Bless!

Thanks for the blessings!! I met with Dr. Afram he is very nice and knows what he is talking about. I go back for the sleep apena test and heart test the begin of dec. I cant wait. Now that I know it is really going to happen I am a little scared but then I think about all the things I will be able to do with my kids once I lose the weight and then wish I was having it done the next day...LOL Oh did I mention that DR. Afram is cute his picture on the web site does not do him justice he looks so much better in person. I did not expect the accent either just thought I would mention that cuz it kinda threw me off so that was a heads up for others...LOL :-)

Thanks...I go for my consult on monday I am a little nervous to meet him and scared about my insurance. I hope I dont get denied. I need this done so bad. Tired of being sick and in pain all the time. Tired of fighting and getting out of breath just to do everyday things like putting on my socks and shoes. If anyone knows about or had Dr. Afram do their WLS can you tell me about it Thanks again.
