Paula--Thank you so much for your kind words and support. After reading your statement I am realizing just how blessed my life really is. I actually work as a Medicare billing person and know just how hard it is for the patients to deal with the rising costs of healthcare. Maybe your surgeon will work with you considering your extreme health condition. Good luck. I wish you the best and God bless!

Hi Paula. You are such an inspiration to others here. I see you post all the time to others pages and just had to post to yours. I have just recieved approval and am waiting for a surgery date. This is my second try at this. Just keep going. "Good things come to those who wait." Another saying " Good things return 2 fold" If this is the case, just think of what is instore for you. Best wishes to you!!!!

Paula, You Go For It Girl! I am 2 mo. post-op today and I can not tell you how much of a "health" difference it has made in my life. I still have 105 lbs to go and have lost 40, but I physically feel like a new person. I am 53, and I have not one second of regret and either will you. You will be fine and soar like a butterfly through this surgery. God Bless you. You have made a wonderful decision that will benefit your health and well being for the rest of your life. Just think, your family is here for you and so are we. Good luck and see you on the other side.
