My family and I want to offer our deepest regrets at the loss of Minja. As with all other humans I can not explain or understand why this happened. My thought on it is that this was such a special person, GOD had a special job for her. HE needed her there beside him. GOD Bless her family and friends. They say Love never dies, So you will have her love with you until the end of time and she yours.

There is so little one can say to bring you peace of heart today but I hope that you know and understand that my warmest thoughts are with all of you, Minja's family and friends. She is truly an angel and will be dearly missed. ~Brandie/Pre-Op in AZ~

My heart goes out to the family and loved ones of Minja Doricki, Minja will be missed greatly.. Her positive attitude and drive was all inspiring and I know she would not want her passing to stop anyone from the quest and better life.. We don't know why these things happen, I can only think God had better plans for her..

Hi everyone!!! Just a quick update. It was a VERY long day for Minja. Her surgery started 3 hours late, and then she took a little longer than normal. So it wasn't till about 4 and a half hours before she got to her room. She was still pretty groggy, but that's to be expected since she didn't get to her room till after 8pm. All in all it looks good even though there were a few complications with the surgery (staple line leaked and they had to redo them before finishing up). I'll give further updates as I know them!
