Silly ? - Since I have lost my weight after surgery when I sleep at night I am uncomfortable I can feel my ribs which grosses me out and feels funny anyone else like this.

Down 77 pds since surgery on Dec. 6th - Down 77pds I love it 3 pds from being 199 pds in a 35/30 pants and lg. shirt I am so glad I had this surgery oh ya no meds. except vitamans but that is fine with me :)

Protein Bar as meals - Does anybody else think just eat protein bars as a meal and nothing else 3 a day at 20 grams a bar plus cheese sticks here and there. Pure protein bars are good 180 cal. a bar

Wendys Chili - Oh my god it was like heaven I had a small bit of a wendy's chili I hate beans but they are not bad now taste change I guess 1/4 cup was what I had 3 weeks post op puree stage.

urinary tract infection got blood work back. - Everything was good excepted my urine sample so the gave me med. I think it is from the cat.
