Michael, I'm so happy to hear your are working on these steps to better health. I know this is a long process a lot of times. I remember seeing you at the Orlando event and I really wished I could have been able to talke with you as I know what you are going through. Good luck Michael, I had my surgery May 2003. I am now at goal. It is quite a journey you are taking. My main advice is do not get discouraged. It will take time. It took me about 2 years to get everything done. I also would like to applaud you on your loss so far. Sandi
