I did it and I am doing the happy dance -
Today is a day to celebrate.....
Pre-surgery weight = 227.5 with a BMI of 44.3 (morbidity obese)
Today's weight = 127 with a NORMAL BMI of 24.8
Total lost = 100.5 ....
