Hi there I am one of John & Jennifer's friends/angels/Sister like friends. I have an update on them both. I just left the hospital from being there at 4 am this morning. They are both recovering nicely. Jennifer is amazingly moving around great, tolerating pain great she is starting clear liquids either tonight or in the morning. John is great as well had some IV issues before surgery,and some oxygen saturation issues in recovery, however he is in a room recoperationg greatly. Jennifer, We are wishing both you and John a smooth surgery and a quick recovery. My wife Cheryl H and myself (we are in Iowa) had our surgeries 6 weeks apart and are both doing great, losing over 120 pounds combined so far. Remember to sip and walk as much as possible and stick with your diets when you get out. Good luck. Hawkeye Mike

Jennifer: You will be feeling great before you know it. I am over 3 months post-op now and I cannot believe how great I feel compared to 3 months ago. It sometimes seems like I dream. Wishing you a speedy, uncomplicated recovery! Jan Marie
