Hi Lisa, I was going to comment on your question about the bad taste..I have it too and as Karen stated, it is ketosis which is the burning of fat. Ketones are released from your body through breath and urine. So make sure to drink plenty of water. It will get better. I wish you the best and pray that your WLS journey goes as well as mine has.
