First Day Clear Fluid Diet

Well, if you been through it you know where I am Day 1 of clear fluid diet before surgery. Funny thing yesterday I did not care if I ate even knowing it was my last day, Today WELL.....Yes you cant have it so you think about it CONSTANTLY.
So I am spending the day getting ready, resting and PRAYING to god to keep me free from thinking about eating. I will clean my house and laundry , pack some clothes for my WLS Journey and Hospital stay..I decided to come here and write down my thoughts, I would like to explain that because I work so much, I do not always get time to come here but know I check often from work and home , Just time limits me from typing and fiquring out this site properly, so please everyone bare with me. Its coming....I am excited , but of course and naturally thinking about the surgery itself and all those feelings that come with it. My inspiration is Kelly, Theresa, Jane. Thank you guys , only kelly might see this..Theresa told me last night, she had surgery with same wonderful Doctor aug.28/2009. She said if i can do it "YOU CERTAINLY CAN". Well that is suppossed to make ya feel better and yes it helps. Dee Thank you for reaching out to me and we will meet in New Hartford this week. Best Wishes for a successful journey. We are so blessed to have this second chance at a Healthier body, Thank You God!

I have a week left before staring my 3 days clear fluid diet....been practising getting ready should not be too bad...
I am getting nervous, anxious and excited all at once, trying to keep my head about me...LOL....My freinds that have done so well have really encourgaged me Thanks ..Kelly, Chris and Robin.
