Kyla, I just wanted to say thank you for your encouragment. I'm 4 wks Post OP and have lost 30 lbs. I had the VBG surgery so I know it's different from what you did. I'm having to get use to the changes in my eating habits, but I'm very happy with my decision. Thank you again for your support.

Hi Kyla, I wanted to let you know that I was glad to read your message on my surgery page. I was reading some of your information and it is people like you who continue to give me the strength to go forward with this. My surgery date is now 7 days away and I am both excited yet nervous. Kyla, Thank you for your good wishes...I read your profile and it looks like you had a rough time at the beginning...I am now 4 days post -op and still in some oain..I can't wait for the days to come when i can say I am now a size 18, 16, 14 and so on...I want to be able to get into a swim siut I don't feel like I have have to hide in it. So people don't look at me like why is she here and swimming. Like Fat people don't like to swim. Any way...Thank you again and good luck at reaching your goals..They don't seem to far off now.
