Hey there Kim! If I can give you one word of advice it is....WALK! Walking after surgery is so very important. Don't be shy about using the pain meds, then when you feel some relief ....walk!!! Congrats and we'll see ya on the losin' side!!! Take Care, Cyndi

Howdy Kim! I see your date is rapidly approaching. Congratulations! Don't let this last week get too you, realize you've studied this all out and you are ready for it! Listen to every detail the surgeon gives you and work towards a quick and uneventful surgery and recovery!

Best of luck with your surgery. I am 3 weeks post-op and you will do great. The surgery is a breeze, the first 2 weeks with the liquids takes a little getting used too.
