It's finally happening!! I was approved through insurance within 2 weeks thanks to Boone Hospital's Weigh Better program. And I just scheduled my surgery for Januray 17th!! Wow, is this really happening? I am so nervous and excited all at once. I am getting focused and getting myself prepared both mentally and physically. It's like anticipating the birth of your child - anxiety, excitment, knowing that things will change . . . except this time it's the birth of a new me!!
