never sleep - i got my sleep study tonite and im so worried about not going to sleep...i have insomnia really bad i hope they can get what they looking for..ok just a quick update so not looking...

my journey officially begins today - well i met with the surgeon (Dr. Kuhn) and the nutritionist today and it went great...they made me feel really comfortable...and further more let me know i made the right decision....

am i the only(emotional rollercoaster) - im just wandering am i the only one feeling like i want to get all the good eating done before i have my appt..i dont have a surgery date im just at the beginning i meet the doctor...
