I haven't had any of the realmeals myself, but have read of 2 different people on here, who reccommend them. They sell sample packs for 5.99 for 2. I have tried vitalady.com and got their sample packs for 1.99 ea.good. good luck. Leslie

Hi Kathleen. Thank you so much for responding to my message about being scared since Jessica passed away. I was really down yesterday and then last night after reading all my messages from you all and watching Al Roker's story, I was re-assured that I am making the right decision. Kathleen, I am so glad to see you finally posted! I am so proud of you and how you handled everything in the hospital. I know that your knowledge and research surely helped you stay calm with everything that was going on. You are very brave, and I am excited for your new life beginning for you. Congratulations for making it to the other side. Please keep us updated, it is people like you that help make this site what it is...a fountain of knowledge and hope for those of us who are anxious, scared but hopeful. Thanks again.
