I talked to Julie's mom a few minutes ago. She is having a very great recovery considering she just had surgery this morning! She has walked 2 times already today. Folks, to me, she is amazing! She had Open surgery and is up and about. Julie, you are the bomb! Hugs to you. Julie's mom is so sweet and caring! I know she had to be tired herself, but here it is 945 pm and she called to tell me how Julie was! I am so happy for her. More updates later.

SHE IS A BIG LOSER NOW!!! I am so happy to report that Julie made it through surgery beautifully! I spoke to her at 230 PM and she sounded awesome! She started to cry but it was a good type of crying. Her momma said that the doctor repaired a hernia while he was doing the surgery, so she got two fixings for the price of one! Can't beat that!!! Her mom is such a sweetheart! Now I know where Julie gets her personality from. I am so very, very happy for her. Her mom says that in the 2 1/2 hours since she came out of recovery, she has been moving her legs and deep breathing and trying to cough like she should. WHAT A TROOPER!!! I know she is going to heal very quickly. I will keep you all posted!!!!
