Virginia, first of all, you look fantabulous. Congrats on your superb weightloss. As for the sugar thing, does that mean absolutely NO sugar, not even things that have sugar already in them like fruit and some veggies, or does that mean added sugars and candy? Again, you look great. Woohoo on the salsa lessons too. Are they fun? Hugs to you.
