Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Pirello at Carolina Weightloss Surgery. I can't believe I have finally gotten the courage to go through with this. I had researched, planned, even actually had seen a surgeon before about the surgery, but I chickened out. But I am ready now like never before. There is a saying I have often heard and I truly believe "If God brings you to it, he will take you through it"!!!
