January 15th, 2004 - I made the decicion to had the surgery. Made my first call to get started.I am given another phone number to call.Asked to leave name and address, will mail me a pack of papers and how to set up first time meeting. I understand it is like orientation. This is OK. I understand it can take sometime. I have to call Insurance, hope that is not an ordeal. Getting started...........mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
