Wooohooo, your second chance at life is only a few short days away, <b>Congratulations!</b> My prayers and best wishes are with you as you take the first steps down the path to a healthier and thinner you. Just remember your overall attitude plays a large role in your recovery, keep it POSITIVE and ask lots and lots of questions. I look forward to reading the "updates" to your profile as your journey progresses. Dont forget to walk, walk, WALK right after surgery, no matter how tired you are......AND get your vitamins, protein and water in daily, lots and lots of both, your health depends on it. There is a learning curve, per se', with this surgery. Don't expect to have it all down to a fine art immediately, give yourself a 90 day grace period that comes with a deadline! YOU CAN DO IT! Know that you are not alone, there are MANY of us that will have you in our thoughts and prayers on your very special day. <i> "The key to happiness is dreams, the key to success is making those dreams come true"</i> .....This surgery has been nothing short of a miracle for me and I will be forever grateful. I've lost 230 lbs and have been at goal for a year now.
