You're almost there! After all the mess you have been through (I read your profile) you have just a little bit of time separating you from the "other side". I will pray for you, hope that's okay. Dear God, thank you for carrying Dave through all the hassles of getting approved. It was a mess, but thank you for getting him to this point where he is looking at just a bit more time before surgery. As his surgery approaches give Dave peace and comfort. Help him to have all the knowledge and tools he needs to be successful. Please fill his life with supportive people to encourage him when times are hard and to celebrate with him as he achieves and surpasses his goals! Please give his surgeon added wisdom and skill as he operates on Dave and please give the hospital staff that will be taking care of Dave, extra sweetness and kind words to say to encourage Dave when he is a brand new baby post-op. Please give Dave a smooth and easy recovery, and help him achieve long term happiness and health! Thank you for being the God that knows all, sees all and Loves us anyway. Dave, Have the Greatest Ever on your upcoming surgeries!! It’s good to have more guys out here on Obesity Help. We make up a small minority of the people having Weight Loss Surgery, but tend to lose down quicker and with fewer hassles than the women due to Male Physiology.
