The countdown has begun....

Well, I start taking the Optifast on July 29..so I only have 6 days left to enjoy food as I know it....I bought new scales to weigh myself on and I got one to weigh my food on....there is no turning back....I'm gonna do it!!!....Although, Im scared as hell.....Anyone have any tips as to what I should pack for the hospital???/

my surgery is scheduled for August 14/09 at 8am in Hamilton Ontario.....
Now that I have the date, Im scared as hell that ive made a mountain out of a mole hill and maybe I dont really need the surgery...im sure its just nerves.......
