Happy one year surgery anniversary today! Like you, I had RNY in 2001. It was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Take today and reflect on the non-scale victories and milestones you've accomplished in one year. Congrats!

Congratulations on your ONE YEAR surgery anniversary!! Remember back just one year how things were for you before your VSG. I'm sure in this past year you've had lots of non-scale victories and milestones. Again, CONGRATS today and for many more healthy years as a post-op.

All the best to you on your upcoming RNY surgery and WLS journey. I'm glad you're a member of OH. I had RNY in 2001, and checked OH every day for about a month before I had surgery and a few times a day after I had my surgery. In advance, welcome to the RNY post-ops!

What a great way to celebrate the holidays by being a WLS post-op! I had WLS in October 2001 and my holidays were different due to being on soft foods. It didn't matter because I was so happy to be losing weight and feeling so much better. I wish you all the best on your own WLS journey!
