11/18/2005 i went to visit Dr. Jean Baptist today he was GREAT i felt comfortable with him and John the nutritionist was the best a little strict but very knowledgeable he new his stuff ALRIGHT JOHN I GOT IT ....I went in with all my research and questions for the Lapband but after talking to both Dr. Jean Baptist and John the Nutritionist that reviewed my 20 page :] eating history and habits decided that lap was not or should i say suggested to me that lap band was not good for me because i would eat right through the band....They gave me information on the gastric bypass aka rny not that i dont know about the gastice bypass but i never thought i would be a candidate......I';m excited i'm suppose to call John back and let him know which surgery i want and to set up appointment for support groups which consist of pre and post lapband and gastric bypass patients.... YEPPEEEEEEEE.......
Well at least i can say i was able to cross off Nutritionist Consult Done!
Surgeon Consult Done! I have PSYCHE Eval on Tues November 22 and meet with my PC also on November 22 for my referral letter so with those 2 done i can try to get approval for surgery!
oh i will have my lab wor up done too......
