I spoke with Angie this evening about 6 pm, and she sounded great. She was sore, as would be expected, but was doing pretty good. Said the surgery went well and without any complications (Thank the LORD!). She was pretty out of it, but was her normal sweet self! We were planning to visit her today, but I have a pretty bad case of bronchitis, so we are waiting until tomorrow to see her (once I've been on antibiotics for at least 48 hours). Welcome to the LOSING side, Angie!!!!! Like I've said before, you'll always be a winner to us, but you are going to lose the burden you've been carrying for a while! *hugs and love* Ashleigh, Jason and Andrew

Angie, I just had my surgery on Nov. 3rd and I can't tell you how great I feel. The entire experience has been very positive and I know that yours will be too. Congratulations on your upcoming surgery. I wish you an uneventful procedure and a very speedy recovery. Best Wishes.

Hi Angela: I'm a friend of Ashleigh's and wanted to wish you the best of luck !!! It will be over before you know it and you'll be so glad you did it !! I'm 5 months post-op..have lost nearly 70 pounds....it was the best thing I've ever done for myself. Please let us know when you get home and how it went. :)) Jean
