April 9, 2004 I talked to my PCP about having the surgery when I saw her for my physical last week. I told her all the problems I'm having and of course some are obviously due to MO but she related some of the other problems to MO and I would not have thought of that. She's very supportive of the surgery as an option for me and I'm happy that she really listened. She sent the referral to MPlan last week. They sent her a questionair to fill out and her nurse told me it was faxed back today. She said I will probably hear back by the end of next week. I will let you know when I know!
