I saw Carol today and went over everything with her and then went to the lab to get blood drawn for my blood work. She also had me schedule a sleep study and I have that scheduled for Friday, April 13th @ 730pm (yes it is Friday the 13th) :-)
I took the MMPI computer test today. Some of those questions are so funny. Wonder what they are looking for. I have my psych appointment set for May 1, but I can call tomorrow to see if there is a cancellation so I can get it in sooner.

I just heard from PNC today & I have my nurse's appointment Tuesday, 4/10 @ 8:30am and then at 9:30am I have the computer portion of the psychological testing. Then I am scheduled for May 1 @ 11am for my psychologist appointment. Hopefully I will be able to get in sooner. They said I could call on 4/11 to see if there have been any cancellations! Hopefully I can get in sooner!!!

I can't believe that I did this...when filling out my packet to send to PNC I forgot to add my weight on. I was so careful in filling everything else in. I was going to get on the scale to get my current weight. I hadn't weghed for awhile and wanted to get the correct number. Well needless to say I sent it in and yesterday, April 3 I got a call from Jennifer at Park Nicolett saying she couldn't evaluate my paperwork without that number. Hopefully I won't be put to the bottom of the pile and start all over again. I am so mad at myself for doing that!!!! Oh well, hopefully I will have some news by the end of the week.

I completed my packet from the informational meeting on Tuesday and mailed it today. Just wait now to hear from the nurse so I can really get started and move forward. I am so excited to get this packet in the mail!!!! :-)

I attended the information meeting last night in Burnsville, MN for the Park Nicollet program. Carol had tons for information and I came home knowing that I have made the right choice for me to have WLS. Right now I am getting my packet together so I can get it in the mail hopefully tomorrow. I dropped a form off at my PCP to be signed and told them I would pick it up tomorrow at 2pm.
So I guess I am on my way to my NEW healthy life! I am so excited to get started.
