Thanksgiving went well i didnt get sick , so i was very pleased . I was happy my mother and my husband family could really tell i had lost weight, I am not a slave to the scale so i really dont know how much i weigh. I know i have lost about 45 pounds since september the 11th. I am having trouble exercising, I am buying an ab lounger because i have so much trouble with my right knee. I am suppost to have surgery on it soon. I want to hold off for awhile I really dont want another surgery this soon. 
I am trying to find other exercises to do until i can really get going on this knee.
