Maryellen, Belated thank you for your thoughts and well wishes on my surgery 10/8. Everything went well and I am presently 37 pounds lighter. i hope you are progressing well also.

Maryellen, I'm glad to hear you are doing so well. Last week I found I'd lost 16 lbs, so I'm off to a good start. I have to work on getting in enough liquids now. I wish you continued success in your journey.
