Best wishes to you!!! I know it seems like a long wait, but the time will fly. Use this time to prepare. Start your water NOW, start your walking NOW!!!!! You will be in better shape for your surgery if you start NOW. Everything will go smoother if you are well prepared. My husband and I BOTH had wls in 2001 and have lost a total of 270 lbs! We are sooooo pleased with the results and we both have about 50 lbs each to go. Please check your email for a special msg.

Hi Cheryl - I saw your posts about updating your profile info. (like surgery date and photos). It's actually pretty easy, just go to the top of the AMOS page and click on "Your Profile". You will put in your name and password and you are in. Then you just go to each section (like surgery date, photos). Hope this helps! :)
