Way to go Pam! Just keep on doing what your doing and the weight will melt off. I know how excited you are about your loss. I was at 426lbs. Jan.30th of this year and have lost 187lbs so far. Life is getting so much better! Just make sure you keep drinking that water and do that walking. Best wishes, Sandra.

Pam, hi it's Becca. I was 4 weeks yesterday! Amazing, huh! I am going to see my surgeon in a few hours to see how I am doing. I don't think that I will be at 38 down, but at least 20-25 I think. Email me when you get the chance. I would love to catch up! {{Hugs}}
